    Default video problem

Hi, I'm new here. tried upload video on my website. Howerver, it takes very long time to start the video:

    1. the video in MP4 format, 14MB, doesn't auto play sometime:

    2. tried to conver this video to .avi, 50MB, it takes a few miniutes to start the video. For some PC, it seems won't star at all:

Now, could someone give me advice: which format video is best and fast? what's the max. size of the video can be played on our website. How to solve my problem, I just want play my video on web easily.

    Thanks,
