Thread: having trouble publishing index and products pages

when I publish my index page I am getting a bunch of code. As you scroll down the page you finally get my page and then when I publish my products page it says error 404 page not found. All my other pages are publishing fine.

You have a form on your page so it needs to be published as a php, go into the page properties of your home page (index) and change the file type. Save and republish, now you have to also remove the html version of your index page from your public_html folder so that the php version will load when the user enters your site. You can do this either from your control panel/file manager or through the ftp manager (tools/ftp manager, click connect to see your public_html folder)

Thank you for helping me with the index page, i have successfully published it now. However my products page is still not loading. Could you please assist me again with this problem?

You probably have a typo either in the page name or the link. Check your control panel/file manager to locate the page and extension type, copy it and paste it on the end of your link.
