    Default menu bar

Is there a way to put the menu bar on the index page on all the other pages in your site other than cutting and pasting?

Yes there are a couple of different solutions,
1.) create a page to use as a template for all your other pages, have all the common elements on it. Layout, headers, footers, menus, etc. Then clone the page over and over as many times as you need saving the clone each time s your actual page. You will have to plan ahead as to how many pages you will have and the names of those pages to create your links. You will need to have your menu bar complete before you clone.
2.) Use Navaldesigns single page php menu here is a link to it.

this will allow you to edit your menu at any time and the changes will take effect on all your pages.
