i have just downloaded the bluevoda site builder to my new laptop and all other files are on my other pc which is broken. how can i open up my web pages on the site builder?

You need to transfer all the associated files (images, etc.) to your laptop if that is the computer you will be using to build your pages. You could store all the files on a flash drive and set your file paths to it, that way no matter what computer you use as long as you backup (on the flash drive) your files each time you make a change you should have no probelms.

yeah but i cannot access my files as the pc does not even turn on!!

Are the pages in question published? If so you can retrieve most of what you need from your control panel.
