How do i publish subsidiary pages to my index page, so that the corresponding button on the index page correctly directs you to the subsidiary page. how do i tag the button to the page. to see what i mean first hand go to ftgates.com and click on "on the river" it should bring up a pages titled or saved as stjohnsriver.bvp that it is tagged to. i must be missing something. any info is appreciated. thanks
