How do I remove the phpbb banner and replace it with my own?

Now this depends on the style your may have installed. but the default styles prosilver and subsilver2 the image logo top left is called site_logo.gif and can be found in the imageset folder of the Style. to replace make your own, make the image the same size and save it as site_logo.gif and copy into the folder.

Different styles may have different place that the header or logo is in.
