Default Publishing page

I am publishing pages, when I use a button on the home page which is linked to another page called about us, but as in who we are as a Christian congregation, not just an address, it does not link through, but it tells me that it is not a valid URL...yet it tells me that the page is successfully published, and it opens if using the link button in preview... what have I done wrong? Please advice?
Thank you

Make sure the link is correct, it is case sensitive.

Hi Karen,
The status quo is as follows:- Before I published any pages I removed the Forex Traders directory name from after the public_html, leaving me to publish into public_html/
The URL is http://www.sitesunion.com/cbfhome.html
The others pages published are as follows:-
/cbfaboutus.html
/cbfabouthans.html
cbffund.html
All open from buttons in preview. A
All open in web if individually inserted into address line.
But some do not open from page button back and forth to other pages.
ie home opens about us but about us does not open fund Etc.
Thank you
Hans

Hi Karen,
I appear to have solved my own problem. I had published some of the pages over and over as alterations were made during our Skype meeting. I refreshed them all and it seems just as simple as that. I have no more problems. Thank you very much for being so ready to help yet again.
Thank you
