    Default Linking Question

I am still building my site. I have a menue on the side and I want to link the bars to the pages they go to. Do I have to publish my site before I can Link my pages together?
Also, Where do I find the url to each page. I know it will start with http:// and end with .html . Correct?
    Thank You

    Hi,
you can do all the preparatory work for linking your pages as you build your site. The actual links will not operate, however, until you publish your site. Don't worry...if you've made a mistake somewhere it is easy to rectify & re-publish.

Where do I find the url to each page. I know it will start with http:// and end with .html . Correct?

Right click on the menu bar link - click "properties" - click "link" - under 'link type' select http:// & in the URL box type in the full name of the page you want linking to & yes, end it with .html,

No you first must buy a domain name (name of your site) also you have to have a hosting account with VodaHost (paid) to publish BV pages. So after you have these your first page will be saved as index nothing else. The other pages can be what ever suites the page best (aboutus, contact_us, what ever) use all lower case letters and no spaces. To link them it would look like this; http://www.yourwebsite.com/nameofpage.html
Forget about the .bvp it is only the extension BV uses when it is stored on your computer, once you publish most pages will be the .html extension. Pages with forms on them will be published as .php

I have finished building my pages. I have published each page.
What is the proper way to re-name my pages? I named them with capitol letters. Can I just go into the file on my computer and rename them and then re-publish them?
Also I tried linking my home page to the home link. After I linked it I hit publish then preview. I got and error message.
    What am I missing?
I thought after I published them all I could link them together and then transfer my domain over to the new page and be done.
    Sorry for all the questions
