I have been checking my control panel for awstats, I am finding that a lot of sites have my site linked to them ,( they apear to be from Russia) how do I stop this , they are not good sites and I dont want my site associated with them Thank you          |

It is 100% IMPOSSIBLE to stop someone linking to your site.

No it is not mafia - it is stupid russian site ranking - russian search engines ranking higher sites with a lot of links WITH NO RELEVANCY TO ITS CONTENT! www.broker-online-trading.com |

I had a couple of porn sites linking to mine at one stage & heaps of spammy blogs taking my content. (some linking back to me, some not) Yes, not a lot you can do, except build good links to crowd out the rubbish.
