Error while importing HTML

I am trying to import my local home page on C:\
but all I get is a yellow-green screen.
Please, how can I import "as existing html" ?

Some files WONT import without errors. This isnt a fool proof method. php files will also give this error as well as asp files.

I have bought the resell rights to a perfume making product and downloaded the pdf and webpage to my computer. How can I import the webpage to my BV website builder so I can edit it? Thanks
