About LinkBacksI am a new BlueVoda user(but not quite ready to start a DomainName), trying to change view of the page I am Editing.
Seems like it should change from Editor/Design View-to-> Tags View-to-> Source VIew.

No.. theres no way to do this.. only thing you can do is VIEW IN BROWSER and then view source. This is an html builder .. not an html editor
Page properties will allow you to add your titles, meta tags, descriptions etc.
