Thread: Now what did I do wrong?????

I tried to publish something tonight and I got error message 12014 and it said my supplied password is incorrect. My sign in name and password are and have always been saved so I usually hit publish and it just goes right through without typing it in. This time it said the password is wrong. I checked my welcome email and got the password and manually typed it in and it still says it is wrong. HELP please.
The only thing Ihave done differently is download the new builder. How do I figure out why my password no longer works???

Look at your server IP address, make sure it is correct and if that is correct see if they have changed the address (you should have recieved an email stating this but not always)

I opened a ticket and they sent me the same publishing address, sign in and password that are in my welcome letter from over a year ago and told me to be sure I was using that information exactly. I checked the publishing address number. It was correct. I redid the log in and password manually and made certain I don't have the caps on, there are no spaces either before or after either entry and I didn't reverse any letters.
I am still getting 12014 error. I am completely baffled. Any clues what else I can try??? I have updates I need to make and I can't publish anything

Nevermind. The awesome people at vodahost reset the password for me and it works fine now. Vodahost rocks!

Sometimes it does happen to everybody.

When you publish the dialogue box opens and the Voda Ips are reseto default.

Ensure you scroll down and find your IP address before publishing.
