No! But you can password a directory/folder & publish your pages you want protected into this folder. LINK

Well you can password protect only 1 file, but you have to manually code the htaccess file you can use the tools provided by cPanel to do that part for you.

Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
