Thread: Order Form page Help

Hi,Lionfish here.
I have a couple of problems with my web sight

I have gone over the totorials a few times and have fixed my cauching.
When I open my page in test mode it looks fine.when I open it in internet the form page is jumbleld at the top of the page.The totorial states that the form that I am using will auto publish from a bvp file to a php file I have tried to publish both ways. Also in test mode the form is supose to take you to a thank you page witch is created and looks correct.what happens is I get Page is broke mess.Dose any one no what is wrong. Please Help

Right click on the page, properties, and choose .php extension. Save. Then republish.

You will get the page is broke mess because it is looking for it on the internet and it isnt there. You have to have these pages PUBLISHED for the internet links to work

Thanks Karen, I tryed that but it is still doing the same things.(not working) any outher things I can try?

I published again and if i change to php and publish I get a error saying there is no php file. Under were I change to php I can change the file.I have three choices.(publish all files ) publish html filrs)( publish change files) When I put it to change files it seems to publish but dose not change it from html file. If I put it on all files I get the error and will not let me publish ?

I still need your url to look at anything. The one you posted above does not work. When you change the file, publish ALL FILES, you will also need to change your LINKS to this page.

I successfully created the php file for my order page and I can go to it manually on the web but I can not go to it from within my website. I have updated the url on all my buttons but when I click on them it is still looking for the html insted of the php

Hi Lionfish, May be you should check out the HTML codes carefully and study it, if there is something missing in the codes. And compare the codes that works fine about the conclusion of html or closing of html. I guess you mess up with the html codes. If all is correct and has no error try the link that you create to link the Order form. May be the link to the Order form address is not correct. May be it will help you. I believe you have lots of codes to review in the Order Form!

Did you save the corrected links before publishing.. they cant go to the wrong page unless they are coded to do so.. you will need to change it on ALL PAGES and republish ALL PAGES.
