Question Preview Template shows a Problem-HELP!

Blue Voda says even a child can create a website...well children of today are more computer literate than me...so with that said I need help.

I have used a Blue Voda template and added background, pictures and text. When I went to the preview of the template it shows a white box on the upper right side of the template. Shouldn't this area also be the same background as was selected for the rest of the page.

Because I have not published the website yet...I do not know how to insert a link or photo of this problem (that is a whole other problem) to show you what is happening, it is all on my hard drive.

Did you work thru the tutorials? They most assuredly show you how to open the template and save the page etc. Insert pictures and more.

Yes, I have viewed all the tutorials...templates more than once. It definately is an issue between the background and the template. I have tried clicking on the template and moving it back and of course that did not work.

What I have realized is that I am trying to use both the template background and a regular background...is it possible to use them both at the same time and NOT get the white area of the template background?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The template needs to be opened as an image.. so .. the whole thing is an image. You will need to make an image both for the background.. and then a smaller one.. for the white space on the IMAGE template if you want the background to also appear there in the middle.

That sounds reasonable...So now I need to ask...how do you open the template as an image and how is that different from the directions of the tutorial and do you do the same for the regular background?
