Hi everyone....help! First, I have watched the tutorials several times, while they are informative, they are not all inclusive. Here are the issues: -I have 3 domains from another site, they are hosted by BV, yes I have changed the DNS to BV as directed. msndrstood.com business site, not yet published msndrstood.net personal site, index published, page 2 is not working msndrstoodproductions.com business site, not published -msndrstood.com is the primary site, but I have msndrstood.net as an add on, this is the site I am working on now and am stuck on. -I have published the index page for msndrstood.net, no problems -page 2 (/videopersonal.php -"current videos" glass button on index page) will not load, I get the 404 error: "The requested URL /videopersonal was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request" -I have not published any other pages -I have 2 wmv videos on page 2 (everything else is the same as index page) and I have changed the extension to php as well as the extension for the index page to php for consistency, republished and still getting same error code. Is the problem the way I have msndrstood.net as an add on domain the issue or what? Please be specific, the tutorial does not clarify hiearchy. None of the msndrstood.net files show up in the msndrstood.com directory, are they supposed to? I have no redirects assigned to any of them. I am using Firefox and IE to test pages, same issue in both browsers. Please point me in any direction to fix this. Thanks as always.

The .net domain must be published to: public_html/msndrstood.net The business domain must be published to: public_html/msndrstoodproductions.com That is if you are a recent customer. Some of the older CPanel's do not require the addition of the extension (s) .com, .net etc.

Some cpanels wont allow the similar domain name as it sees it as the SAME folder.. you may need to put in a support ticket to see how it can be accomplished. Karen
