Thread: What is this file?

I've been having alot of trouble recently, 12002 errors...coming and going... unable to see/visit my site....as now I can't get on to my site...I have clicked on a few links to peoples sites on here and can't see them either. My internet is working fine....I've followed all the advice I've seen on here but still problems.
When I can't see my site I also can't access my control panel.
I can publish now and again but over the last week I've lots of problems.
Ready to give up. After all my site is not used to make me any money it was just a wee hobby...but I don't like my hobby anymore as it's so frustrating.....
Anyway....the question I meant to ask.....what is a JS File?
I came across jscookmenu.js in my public_html folder....and I didn't put it there and don't know what it is. Is it part of Bluevoda?

yes that is part of bluevoda feature, usually that file come when you use drop down menu bar on bluevoda, so, that was not a mystery
