Thread: Can I get homepage named without /extensions?

My site is up and running and the home page is: http://www.kentfletcherdesign.com/01.html

Without the /01 extension, I see the index page:
http://www.kentfletcherdesign.com/

Is there a way for my home page to be named like
my current index page is?.....just plain old
http://www.kentfletcherdesign.com/ ??

Yes, you can. Name it as index.html, not 01.html

Maybe not as easy as you think... You still have this page 01.html online. It needs to be removed from your server or you will ned up with TWO identical pages which is not good!
