Use the image tool and insert as many thumbnails as you want. The rest depends on what excactly you want to accomplish with these thumbnails. If you want every thumb to link to a specific page, then just create the relevant link for each one. If you want to popup the picture, you can use the photogallery tool instead of inserting different thumbnails.
