Ok i have a site www.deamonox.net and i put the links where to get certain programs so i would like to know am i doing something illegal here cause i do not use my ftp i use megaupload and the websites that people make where you can get certain downloads so is that legal?

It would depend on what programs, and the policy for each. Some just say put a link back, others say distribute as you wish. But if you are supplying programs for free that you are meant to pay for then its probably illegal
