Default index page has not respond for edit and publish

    My domain name www.laacucenter.com

My index page has not responded for edit and published.

The exist index page is still there after I published with BLANK index page,

I got support from vodasupport as below and try every steps, but the problem still there.

    From Vodasupport

If the pages are not updating it is for one of three reasons.

    1) Your browser is caching, to fix this, run the below program:

    www.ccleaner.com

I also press F5 for many times

    2) You have changed the saved names of your pages. If you do
this they will no longer update. To fix this, you must not
    change the original saved names.

I have not change the save name, save name is still index

    3) You are publishing to the wrong folder. To fix this you
must ensure that you are publishing to the correct folder, for
the main site this is always public_html.

I could publish any other page easily. I always publish with public_html

I hope someone here could help me.

    Thanks

Sorry to go back to a basic question.

How do you save your index page?
Could you spell it out as to what exactly you do to
save and publish your index page?

If you are using Firefox, click Tools/Clear Recent history
and clear all cookies and see if that helps.

Another thing you can do you is

Using BV FTP manager, connect to your server.
    Find the index file.
When you publish it, see if the time on the file changes.

    Let me understand it.

    You have index file
You edit and then publish it
where you had published the previous one.

And you don't see the edited page when you download it?
Instead you see the old one.

    Correct?

    Then it's most probably your
    cookies

Just clear them in your IE.

    And see if that helps.

Just for the fun of it, try cleaning the cookies in IE.
It shouldn't hurt to try it.

You say nothing else is working anyway.

Right click on the page, choose properties, make sure you have it changed there to php as you have a form.

If you have an index.html you will need to go to cpanel file manager and delete the index.html as its showing this page.

republish index as the new page it will change to the php on the server. See if this makes any difference.

Sites coming up at my end, but with 2 missing images on the index page in the header area.
It might be better to say what was on the original page & list at least 1 change you have made as we cant guess what's new & what's old.

Also have you got your publishing area box set to publish all files.??????
