Please help - Forum Error

My forum has encountered a problem. When i click forum in my website i get the following message.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@kamalifestyles.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Looks like you have set your forums folder permissions to 777 it needs to be 755 on vodahost.

so how can i fix this karen?

cpanel, file manager.. click on the forum folder and select change file permissions and type in 755

Karen i checked and it is already set at 755. The forum was active earlier and i send a support ticket to vodahost customer services and they still haven't gotten back to me.

Okies then.. Im not sure.. but usually thats what it is.. cant tell without loggin in to your admin.
