Thread: website homepage not working

i went to edit my website from control panel,file manager, html editor and for some reason it won't show after i saved it. I did this yesterday using a friends computer when i was editing my forum and i had the same issue. The screen just goes blank now. My Website

are you trying to password protect some pages? Your forum works tho.. I got that up.

You also arent using BV.. you got this

If you tried to edit your bv page in whatever namo is.. thats why

All i did was edited some text from the home page and clicked save. Its very important that i get the site up and running again. Every other page is fine except the home page.

No i am not using bluevoda, i basically edited my site in control panel, file manager - html editor and clicked save after making the changes.

Well there you go... if it was a php page.. that file editor strips out the necessary slashes in php coding. You will need to make changes in bv and republish.

I'm not using bv.

It doesnt matter what you use. If you use the wrong editor in cpanel it will strip the coding out of php files. You can use KUNGFUZILLA for all i care.. its the same issue.
