Thread: Email identity & Sending Newsletters

Whenever i send emails to customers i want them to see my company name in there inbox instead of info@abc. When i send emails the reciever gets an email with my vodahost customer login username right before my domian name, which looks unprofessional.

How to i change it? Also is there an option for sending newsletters to customers in the control panel? I want to be able to send multiple newsletters and be able to customize the newsletter also.

I send emails all the time from my desktop and i dont see my user etc on the emails? Depends how you are sending them. Mine says my name.
