Thread: lost my work

I was working on the welcome page. I publisher the page and I went on working on someting eles than bluevoda closed. I lost what I publish.

Is there a way that I can get it back in bluevoda website builder or do I have to do it over?

Click File/New Page/From Existing HTML Page... and then select
Remote on the Internet and go from there.

You might have to work on your pages though.

Also, check your local disk if you have saved the file(s)
before publishing them.

I tried the search box, because I know I saw it be for.
But I must of search for it wrong.

For taking your time to help me.

A backup of your site (file) is save every time you published it. Check under this directory C:\....My Documents\BlueVoda\backups

OR

In Blue Voda, click on "Tools >> Options >> Folders" to see the exact path that your file was save/backup to.

BTW, the number of backups is really helpful as you can go back to the previous page without having to re-edit. Just the undo button in many applications.

Undo only works until you clear the cache. After thats gone.. there is no UNDO

Karen, if the page was published it had to be saved first no? And if so, can BV loose the file 4 whatever reason if it needs 2 shut down or is shut down by windows?

Yes.. you can recall the page.. but the UNDOS wont work..lol

No I don't save, But I get so of my work back.
