About LinkBacksi currently have a hosting account with Vodahost, but I would like to use the Weebly.com website builder instead of Bluevoda. It says on Weebly that i have to point the DNS to 199.34.228.100, but i don't know how to do that. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out. thanks.

No you won't be able to use it. By pointing the nameservers to their IP it will not longer be hosted on Vodahost servers. You would be using their hosting instead of VH's. (Which may or may not require you to pay weebly for said hosting).
