Thread: dont have ip to cpanel

When I bought a domain I was supose to get an ip address along with the login info. I have yet to recieve any of this info.

Many times your "Welcome" letter gets diverted to your SPAM folder.
Buying a domain does not get you an IP#. You must also purchase hosting.

You can also access cpanel by going to http://yoursite.com/cpanel

If its an addon domain it will load your main domain cpanel.

i never recieved a welcome message.

you probably just recieved the reciept for your purchase. It often takes up to 48 hours to set up an account. The message you get then is about two pages long with LOTS of information. So be patient.
