Thread: New Add-on site not viewable after publishing

I have several add-on sites and I am trying to publish a new site but nothing shows up after i publish. All i get is the apache cpanel screen. My nameservers are correct. I have added the new domain correctly as a add-on. I am publishing correctly. and my pages are named correctly. I have issued a support ticket and have been waiting for two day for a resonse. Someone please help.

Did you point the domain NAME to your voda server?

yes and I contacted the domin registar and they double checked everything.

Being today is/was Saturday I doubt u can expect an answer; so Monday would be one day.

well how about a LINK to the site in question. It does take sometimes 48 hours for a domain to propogate correctly.

And why are you using a domain registrar that you cannot login to yourself? And verifiy where its pointing?

i did verify it myself and called them to double check. They were very helpful. unlike the customer support at bluevoda

We cant help or know what we cant see. We are NOT the support at blue voda ..just people like you.

Your domain issue is secondary to the servers up and running for 50000 or so other customers..check your spam folder or LOGIN to support.. i almost guarantee youll find you have an answer
