Thread: ip address and control panel issues

Hi all, the last day or two I could not log in to my Control panel, now today I cannot publish to my ip address (it keeps saying internet exception error 12031 and connection to the server has been reset) could this be because I upgraded to the newest version of BlueVoda?? My ip address is 208.43.222.140 . Any advice appreciated.

Put in a support ticket. YOu may have gotten locked out due to too many incorrect attempts.

Give them your ip.. shown here is 75.159.14.8

Thanks, we got it working. Now....can you tell me how to get BV version 11 OFF my computer and my older version back on? I tried to re-install the older version over the 11 but it didn't work. ;)

Go to cpanel on your computer, control panel, add remove programs, and remove bv11 there.. then reinstall an older version.

Oh Thank you !!!! This is great ! I thought that was what I should do but didn't want to risk losing all my old info just in case!

Your webpages reside in a different folder.. however.. if you have done them in bv11 they wont work in bv 10
