Help with linking pages

How do I name a page in that is a continuation from my index page. Example: www.gowestins.com/medicare-supplement-quote/state.php. How do I name "state" or should I say, how do I save as "state". Hope I articulated that OK. And that link is bogus, just an example.

http://www.gowestins.com/marylandmedicaresupplement.php would work just fine.

But if a person wanted to have a continuation or whatever you want to call it how would you in BLue Voda? Can it be done with Blue Voda?

What do you mean a continuation? You mean lilke a page 2? yeah.. just make a new page and link it.

No. I am talking about a second / in your url. Like:
www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/whateveryouwantrighthere.html

How do you get the second / going on?

Place a link in your index page to the second!

index = public_html/

Your second page is "whatever you name it"

publish "whateveryouname it" to "public-html/"

after publishing the address of your second will be:

http://www.yourdomainname/whteveryounameit.html

The ".html" will be automatically installed when you publish using BlueVoda.
