URGENT -- I have 2 major problems
1. I cannot open the bv website builder software, when we double click to open it, an error message appears and it reads "failed to open document". and subsequently does not open. I've tried to re-install it several time and was not successful.

2. In addition , my website videobakery.com is not working.

I want to try to resolve the issue of the website builder first so that I can access my web pages from my computer

PLEASE HELP

Your website is working.

Dont try to open a document to run bv.. use the desktop icon or select it from your programs list.

My website is not working what you see is a link to a video or flv file tha I have on my index page.

The bluevoda website builider doesn't open at all from the documents or program lists.

Well the website IS working else i wouldnt get that page at all. Add bv to your firewall and virus accepted programs with full access to the internet. Right click on the bv icon and run as administrator.

Bluevoda is one of the programs allowed to connect to my computer and was never disconnected from the firewall. It was working for years until 2 days ago. I tried to re-installed the program earlier today. I also I tried what you suggested to no avail.

Check your firewalls etc.. when windows UPDATES changes can occur. Also try SYSTEM RESTORE and see if that works.

The system restore worked. Now I can access the bluevoda website builder and work on my webpages.
