| www.skylinesteeplejacks.com Have been trying for weeks to launch this site - have put in about 4 requests for assistance and have ticket numbers but no replies. We have updated VodaHost 1st problem), now have correct codes (we think, 2nd problem), but when we publish we get an error mess: Internet Exception Error 12031 The connection with the server has been reset. Do we need new codes? Please reply to MY email as I'm trying to get this up and running, NOT the email at skyline where they are all on annual leave. Many thanks |

How are you connecting to the internet? Also.. your responses from support are going to spam mail or being blocked. Login to where you put in the ticket and check responses there. What codes do you think you need? In blue voda.. NOT VODAHOST which is the server, go to FILE PUBLISH, in the publish dialogue box, find your IP NUMBER, enter YOUR MASTER CPANEL USER AND PASSWORD , and change the path to publish to public_html/ If this doesnt work.. add BLUE VODA to your firewall and antivirus software, and give it FULL ACCESS to the internet. If you are on a WIRELESS CONNECTION you may have to redo your connections as it may have lost its connecting point... you may also have to increase the timeout inteval Karen
