I added a guestbook feature on my site to see who was visiting my site. After a few weeks I took it down since I started noticing signatures that had nothing to do with my website but I still getting notifications of new guestbook signings, they are all about odd things with a bunch of mumble rumble .. how do I stop it ? what happened ? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully you made an email associated just for that guestbook. Delete that email. Also make sure that all pages of the guestbook were deleted or uninstalled. The bots may have book marked the responder and hijacking it to send their own spam mail Karen
