This is a connection-related issue on your end, typically due to using a local wireless network OR a modem/IP issue (since both units appear to be on the same network): try powering down your computers and modem for at least 3 minutes, disconnecting your modem cables, wiping the leads down to remove any static buildup on them, reconnecting, and powering back up. This should resolve the issue.
If not, you may need to follow up with a dnsflush to clear IP cookies/application hang to get recognized:
1) Close down all open browsers
2) On your computer click >>> Start
3) Next click >>> Programs
4) Next click >>> Accessories
5) Next click >>> Command Prompt
This will open a black dialog box...
6) Type in: ipconfig/flushdns and hit Enter.....
REPEAT PROCESS ABOVE AGAIN BEFORE RESUMING NORMAL ACTIVITY
