I don't have the bv folders for the current webpage at this time on my computer. Is there a way to download all bvp files and photos from the cpanel and then open them to make changes in bv?

BV creates a page in bvp file format that is proprietary to Voda.

When you publish, you can publish in html or php.

Most folks have pages with html extension.

If you do, then in BV
File -> New Page -> From Existing HTML Page
then select Remote [on the Internet]

And download one page at a time in BV.
