Thread: How to upload a "word document (.doc)"?

Hello,

My website is www.benefitplace.biz. I have created charts on my computer that are "Word Documents (.doc). I want to upload(?) them to the website and use them as pages - and link to those pages. How is this accomplished?

Assuming your document is called mydocument.doc, you upload via a FTP (BlueFTP if using bluevoda).

The address of this document will be something http://www.benefitplace.biz/mydocument.doc

Consider though, if your visitor doesn't have Word installed on their PC, they wont be able to view it. My advice would be convert it to .pdf which is more internet friendly.
