Thread: Guestbookdb - mystery file

www.elegantsteam.com - I am trying to set up a guestbook on my site. I have seen the help video and the Blueftp files several times. That's OK apart from the sudden appearance of a "guestbookdb.php" file which is suddenly referred to without any indication of where it comes from. I have published the guestbook.bvp file but nowhere in Blueftp can I find the guestbookdb.

Can anyone help ?

You have to create it and upload it through your control panel. Open notepad and save the blank page as guestbookdb.php then upload it (not publish) this is the file where all your comments will be saved.

save it as guestbook.php.bvp I hope this few words will help. that was a problem for me a few days ago.
