Hello, My website is www.benefitplace.biz. I created a need for information "Form" on www.benefitplace.biz/vesta-helpform.html. While I have had few problems publishing other pages, this page will not publish. I have tried several times. What am I failing to do? Thanks, Phil          |

When you put a form on this page BV converted it to .php Here is the correct link http://www.benefitplace.biz/vesta-helpform.php
