How to remove or expand that doted blue lines

Any other info why and where did the blue dotted lines came from?

I have not publish A page yet.
There is blue line (border) when you open A new window in blue voda which i 'd like to expand OR DELETE.
Is it possible?

I MADE ONE PAGE AND PREVIEW IT ON FIRE FOX AND INTERNET EXPLORER. LEFT SIDE OF BACKGROUND PICTURE WAS CUT AND PICTURE LOOKS LIKE STARTED FROM THAT BORDER LINE AGAIN.
IS IT MAYBE LOOK DIFFERENT AFTER I PUBLISH IT?

why dont you publish it then send us the link maybe we can figure it out then. with the information you are giving, i would not know where to start
