Thread: outlining test

Is there a way to outline text to highlight it? Not just put a box around it, but actually outline each letter? Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. Would the Text Art function not work for you?

On the 2nd Toolbar on the left. Or else Insert menu >> Text Art.

Which version of BV are you using?

... and of course there are all sorts of things you can do with the Banner. Menu: (Insert >> Extra >> Banner). With it you can achieve the outline for each letter. Once you have inserted the Banner, double-click it. Then de-select the checkbox Use Page Title. Delete all the text in the Banner Text field and type your own.

Now play around with the various settings on all the tabs. For instance:
On the General tab, select a light colour for the text. On the Effects tab, use a dark colour for the Shadow. Then set the X and Y offset to 3, for example.
