Still having issues need help asap please

Been trying to resolve for 4 hours. I took over a site from a former webmaster and I have had to learn Voda overnight. I removed a flash file from my homepage and now I have a hole there. Is there someone with administration privileges that can give me a hand. I am not getting paid and I am only helping out my father in law. I have already submitted 2 support tickets and 2 other times on the support forums. I will have to shut the site down if I can not get resolution tonight.

Support tickets are for server problems.
You say you have been trying to resolve a problem for 4 hours? But you don't say what you want. This post might help.

Ok the problem is that I have a big hole on my home page. Every time I try to upload a new file that is working, I come up with a big hole. When I upload a new file it does not change. I need someone that knows why something would happen like this and how to fix it. I am 17 hours too deep into voda and I have no reason to ever use it again, so I just need help. Am I not speaking english here? I am never coming back to this forum after this so you guys should just get me out of your hair and be done with it.

I downloaded your page & tested it here with no flash on the page & seems to work fine on this link.
You say your uploading? I assume you mean publishing?
Also, when you do publish, have you got the publishing box set to "publish all files".

I removed the all the different home page files. I then published the original file again and It is not coming up at all. When I publish, yes I am using publish all files. Is that the issue?

Your home page should be named as index in low case letters. I cant see a page called this in the file list.

I see the index page is up, but its not centred. You need to build your pages from the left hand side of your screen setting the page width to 1000 & checking the centre in browser box.

I reloaded the page, after deleting all of the old files thinking that it could have been a conflict.

Now I have the page up but the flash file is empty.

Should I just rebuild the page?

Working fine at this end. Still needs centring as its at 1200 wide.
