Default I'm at a loss; can't open on another machine.

I wanted some help on a site I'm trying to put together w/BV. So I took the entire folder for the site over to a friend's place who also is using the same version of BV as I am because we got them at the same time.

I put in the flash drive, try to open the file and get: Unexpected File Format.

I don't get it.

Help!

Thanks.

Hello

May it be that it does not work using a pendrive?

I am switching from my old laptop to a new one. I copied all the BV files to the hard disk of the new laptop, keeping the route (C:\BlueVoda) the same as in the old laptop. It worked OK. Try that !!

Found the problem. I was wrong; I had upgraded BV on my machine and my friend was using an older version; he upgraded and it opened OK.

You copied your BV onto your machine and that's why it worked I think.

Thanks.
