Thread: I need help

Ok i've been working on my site for about a week now. I just got my account set up I have received the e-mail with my log in and password for publishing. I also obtained my domain name through your Freedomain card option. But i'm still not able to publish nor can i access the section that allows you to manage your domain/dns with the log in. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: I should note that i've been able to download the phpbb forum from the controll panel though and its up and running www.eternalbalance.net/forum

also . the e-mail i received said that my IP address for my site is 70.86.134.194 but it doesn't show that one when i'm trying to publish my page could this be part of the reason?
