Thread: Problem With Publishing - Need Some Help!

I've used BV for several years and published many files before and never had this problem. I recently installed BV 11.4 but it has been working OK.

Just starting yesterday, when I try to publish a file I have created with BV - I get an error message in a gray/white box that says: BV has experienced a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Then it asks if you want to send an error message to Microsoft.

I'm not sure what is happening. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I've tried to re install BV 10.2 thinking that might help but the download says its BV 10.2 but when it comes to the set up it turns out to be 11.4 again. Is there anywhere to get 10.2?

I had that probl\em before, but the program works at all. Just a bug I guess or something wrong with windows and BV. Dont care about that...Try again
