Thread: A publishing problem

In trying to publish to sitesunion.com it gives me a 550 error stating that the directory does not exist. I own the domain and when I insert the url http://www.sitesunion.com in the address line it does bring up an old page (redundant). Why can I not publish new pages to this directory please?

Perhaps a little more info I went into My Network places via my desktop icon and ended up with the sitesunion.com URL only in this folder, however, it needs a username and password, with the username of my cpanel in place, i enter the cpanel password, but kicks me out I asume this to be wrong, but which UN and Password does it want if not the c panel ones?

Make sure that you are publishing to the correct IP#
and also publishing to public_html (if this domain is not an addon)
You may also want to check your "Welcome" email to confirm that you are using the correct UN/PW/IP#
