Thread: Add On Domain publishing

I already had one site on vodahost. Then i transferred a domain from another place to vodahost. They sent me a notice this a.m. about how to ADD ON a domain in my cpanel. did that. Made a new folder in blue voda with my new website. Published all the pages. All i get is a page that says INDEX OF......

How do i fix this? I've tried finding it in the forums, but i've read so much my head is spinning.

Please help!

Sounds like you named your index page something other than index (all lower case) or you have not published the index page.

It is named index, and i published it through BlueVoda. when i go to the website (bonneyartworx.com), it just has two folders under Index of...

Is it possible that you published to public_html instead of public_html/bonneyartworx.com

You should publish to "public_html/new domain"

Without the .com

OK i got the home page up, but now the rest of my pages won't show up...i get a Not Found message......i published them the same way i did the index page!!!!

That depends on which version of CPanel you have.

You have your links incorrect. You must add .html for pages other than the index page
as in:
http://bonneyartworx.com/gallery.html
Then you will see the pages. If your Contact page has a form the extension will be .php

Once again...thankyou very much!!!! I just fixed all of it and now it works!! (go figure). but i added the php on the contact page and from the website, can't get to that page ??????

I try to remove subdomain serbia2web but control panel prompt me that is inpassible to remove that subdomain bicouse he is redirecred to my addon domain with same name.
Is it ok?
