I think the image is too large and it is not loading up. I have the other company sending it thru aol and it stops loading at 63% tyhe first time and then they shrinked it and sent it again. The tthird time stopped loading at 80% and the last time stopped at 93%. That is one huge image! I have just asked then to shrink it some more.
