Thread: After reciving domain...

Hello,

I'm confused. Let's see if anyone can help.

1 - I have buy an account with VodaHost. ( client # 38562 )
2 - Paid.
3 - Get my domain ( hergeafl.com ) aproved.
4 - Recieved a confirmation e-mail with username and pwd to access de domain and billing information area.

What next ? Do I have to wait for a user and pwd to access cpanel ?

Please help me understand the process.

Note: Some time ago I was Vodahost client, and as I remenber it was much more clear to me. Not now... sorry.

Your IP#, username & password will be in your "Welcome" email.
You may need to look in your SPAM file for the email. If not submit a support ticket and ask to resend.

But the question is that to send a ticket I must have the cpanel Username, wich I dont have.

Were can I see the IP ?
The only username I have is the domain one.
Is it on the Domain Area ?

Submit the Support Ticket without a username. Be very thorough with the description of your problem.
If that does not work a Forum Moderator will see this thread and try to help.
When did you purchase your hosting?
Have you checked your SPAM File and your recently deleted emails?

Hey ????? Where did you get your client # ??????

I'm sure that the password/username/client# email that you received has your password/username for publishing and accessing the Cpanel.

I've send a ticket to VodaHost.

Lets see what's come.
I dont have a spam folder/outlook express, and I've received 2 e-mail's from VodaHost normaly. So If there is another I should receivit to.
