Create a rectangle, put it in the back, and give it border 4 - or 5 or 6 - black color or whatever you want it to be.

both the links you list are exactly the same! Vodahosted domains are set up to be found with or without the www. But there is only one website. Eash time you update and republish a page - it replaces the old one of the same name.

Just click on each of them and you will see-
