About LinkBacksInstalled Windows 7 and now had to download new BV 11G ? and cannot open site to work, nothing shows and cannot import the pages. What to do?

Just downloaded BV 10.2 it doesn´t work either. I downloaded it as is and also tried a second time with reccommended settings for windows 7.?????????????
